DWNTWN Turns 2

05/26/10 was day one.

Its hard to believe that its already been two years since the start of this journey for all of us at DWNTWN. Each day was/is the culmination of a lot of hard work and dedication from the entire DWNTWN family and that is no easy feat. It took the commitment of a lot of great people to make this a reality. This also takes quite a lot of support from all the great brands we work with and most importantly from our loyal customers. Each and every one of you has supported us in one form or another from liking us on Facebook, picking up some DWNTWN gear, or attending one of the many events we have thrown, and for that we are truly grateful.

Looking back on the last 365 days we've been fortunate to continue making some huge strides. Both DWNTWN Cerritos and DWNTWN Santa Ana opened their doors, our first DWNTWN Throwdown Freestyle Battle, countless talented DJ's spinning in stores regularly, the formation of a Skate Team, the DWNTWN Premium tees, and live art happening in store. Lets not forget the addition of the blog itself. A place where we can get a little more in-depth than 140 characters about whats going down on the top floors of the skyscraper. The best part about all of this is that as we add each new facet to the DWNTWN repertoire, it allows us to reach even higher and farther for next year.

Thank you all again for the endless support of DWNTWN and keep your eyes peeled for everything we have planned ahead. Year 3 is going to be another big one.
